Brendan Shanahan

I hate this guy. He was the biggest waste of playing time I've ever seen last year. He must have taken 500 shots last year and 99.9% of them went right into the goalies mid section. He's slow, and frustrating to watch. However, his dedication to the Rangers is unbelievable. This guy really wants to be a Ranger. As much as I want to take his stick and break it over the boards I'm starting to re-evaluate my opinion of him. I still don't want him on the team, but his desire to be a Ranger is impressive. He could have signed with another NHL team, yet he wants to be a Ranger and is waiting for the Rangers to say no before he moves on. I wish him the best if he moves on. If not, I will continue to complain that all he does is shoot.
